The 100% Comprehensive Package
The Community Shield Scholarship is a fully-funded initiative. Selected scholars receive a complete financial ecosystem to ensure their sole focus remains on academic excellence.
Full Tuition Coverage
Direct payment of all university tuition fees, lab fees, and mandatory academic levies for the entire duration of the degree program.
Premium Housing
Fully funded, secure on-campus or vetted off-campus accommodation, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
International Flights
Round-trip international airfare covered at the beginning of the program and upon successful graduation and return to Ghana.
Living Stipend
A calculated monthly allowance to cover textbooks, research materials, food, and standard living expenses abroad.

The Executive Mentorship Track
Financial support alone does not create leaders. Every scholar admitted into the Community Shield program is enrolled in our mandatory Executive Mentorship Track.
Scholars are paired with senior executives, government officials, and industry leaders based in Ghana and abroad. These mentors provide:
- Quarterly academic performance reviews and strategic course planning.
- Direct networking opportunities with international corporate partners.
- Guidance on thesis selection to ensure research solves practical Ghanaian challenges.
- Post-graduation placement assistance to seamlessly reintegrate talent into the national workforce.
